Rachel is dedicated to empowering and inspiring people from all backgrounds to make healthy eating a natural and fun part of their lifestyle. Rachel believes that the best way to eat is the way that works for you, your body and your mind, and what you love.
Rachel takes a client-centred approach using evidence-based strategies to help her clients achieve their nutrition and wellness goals.
Her key areas of interest include but are not limited to diabetes, cardiovascular disease, weight management and gut health. Rachel is also multilingual and fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys doing Pilates, cooking and experimenting with new recipes, and exploring new food and cuisines.

Agnes is passionate about motivating others to find their best selves and live a healthier and happier life. Believing in the joy of food, she is client-focused and dedicated to providing customised nutritional plans to suit different individual needs while helping others to build a good relationship with food.
While providing nutritional advice is her primary job function by day, Agnes is a foodie and enjoys cooking and trying out different recipes and cuisines from other parts of the world.
